GUJCET 2024: An Overview

GUJCET 2024 Application Form

• Applicants are advised to fill the application form as soon as the form is available on the official website. They should not wait for the last date of submission of the application form.
• Candidates need to fill all the mandatory details in the application form correctly. The authority will not entertain incomplete application forms.
• If the details entered in the application form do not match their documents, the form will get rejected.
  After filling the application form, upload the scanned signature and photograph it in the recommended specifications. Unclear scanned photographs can result in rejection of the application form.
• Candidates must comply with the given instructions while filling the application form to prevent rejection of their application form.
• Once the application form is submitted along with the fee, no correction can be made in the form.

GUJCET Application Fee

The applicants have to pay the registration fee of Rs.300/- to complete the GUJCET 2024 registration. Candidate can make payment through online mode using net banking, debit/credit card. The application fee paid once will not be refunded in any case.

Eligibility:

• Nationality: Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
• Residence: Applicant must possess domicile of Gujarat state.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in the last semester of qualifying exam will be eligible to apply.

Engineering Programme:

• Qualification: Passed 12th level from any recognized board with Physics and Mathematics subject securing minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

Pharmacy Programme:

• Qualification: Passed 12th level from any recognized board with Physics and Chemistry subject securing minimum 45% marks (40% for reserved categories).

Diploma Programme:

• Qualification: Passed 12th level from any recognized education board with Physics and Chemistry subject.

GUJCET 2024 Exam Pattern

• Test Mode: The exam will be held through online mode.
• Duration of the Test: The exam will be of 3 hours duration.
• Number of Total Questions: There will be total 120 questions asked in the exam.
• Nature of Questions: All the questions will be multiple choice in nature.
• Language: Paper will be available in English, Hindi & Gujarati language.
• Subjects: Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry/Biology.
• Marking Scheme: For every correct answer, one mark will be awarded.
• Negative Marking: Applicable and as a result for every wrong attempt, 0.25 marks will be deducted as penalty.
