Overview of CAT: CAT (Common Admission Test) is the most popular exam for MBA in India. It is an online mode exam conducted on a national level by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and its score is accepted by more than 500 B-schools and MBA colleges and all 20 IIMs.

CMAT for MBA
CMAT (Common Management Admission Test) is also a highly popular exam for MBA aspirants. It is an online-based exam conducted on a national level by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and its score is accepted by more than 400 MBA colleges.

MAT
MAT (Management Aptitude Test) is conducted on a national level by the All India Management Association (AIMA) and its score is accepted by more than 400 MBA institutions. MAT is held four times every year in the month of February, May, September, and December through both online and offline mode.

MAT Eligibility Criteria 2024: Academic Qualification
- There is no age restriction to appear for the MAT 2024exam
- Candidates must fulfill one of the following requirements to appear for the MAT February 2024exam:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- A professional degree like CA/ICWA/CS, or
- Should be in the final year of Graduation (Have to submit final proof of Graduation Mark-sheet before admission)
- The percentage of marks secured by the candidate will be calculated as per the policies followed by the respective Institution or University.
- If the respective Institution or University awards CGPA/Grades, in that case it will be converted to percentage of marks in accordance with the participating management college’s eligibility criteria.
XAT
XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) is conducted on a national level by Xavier Labor Relations Institute (XLRI) Jamshedpur through online mode and its score is accepted by all the Xavier Institutions and more than 100 other MBA

XAT Eligibility Criteria 2024: Academic Qualification

Qualifying Exam – Bachelor’s degree of minimum three years in any stream will be mandatory for all candidates.

Age – To fill the application form of XAT 2024, XLRI, Jamshedpur will not keep any age restriction i.e. candidates with any age limit will be able to register for XAT 2024.

Minimum percentage of marks required – XLRI, Jamshedpur will not keep any specific CGPA or cutoff percentage in graduation.
