Chandigarh University is a private institution of higher education situated in one of the most beautiful union territories of India, Chandigarh. It was recognized in the year 2012. Chandigarh University admission 2024 registration has begun. Registration will start from second week of December  2024, and will end in the last week of May  2024.  

• B.Tech admission is done based on JEE Main Paper I.
• Chandigarh University B.Arch admission is based on the score in JEE Main Paper II or NATA.
• To get admission into ME/ M.Arch, candidates must have a recent valid GATE score.
• For the MBA program, University also accepts CAT/ MAT/ GMAT scores.
• For PhD admissions, Candidates must qualify CU-PhD entrance test conducted by the university followed by a personal Interview. CSIR NET/ UGC NET/ GATE/ GPAT or SLET qualified candidates are exempted from CU-PhD entrance exam.

How To Apply For Chandigarh University 

• Students who wish to get admission to Ph.D. program they need to follow the given steps:
• You are required to register online in order to apply for Ph.D. program.
• Deposit fee of INR 1100 through Net Banking / Debit / Credit Card or by E-Challan payable in any SBI branch.
• Fill the required information and download the application form.
• Paste colour photo followed by signature at the designated place.
• Attach the below-listed credentials along with the duly filled form.

Hand over the duly filled Chandigarh University form along with documents to:

• Dean Research Office, CU, Gharuan, Mohali, Punjab Documents required to be attached
• Copy of Challan
• GATE/NET/ NBHM/ SLET/ GPAT official document (if applicable)
• Copies of all the mark sheets, degree and provisional official document of the qualifying degree
• Copy of OBC/SC/ST/PD category certificate if any
• Copy of experience and NOC certificate for part-time applicant

Chandigarh University Application Process 2024

• There are two modes of application – Online mode and Offline mode.
• For registration through Online mode, follow the instructions tuned below:
• CUCET is conducted in three diverse phases namely CUCET-I, CUCET-II and CUCET-III
• For the current session, CUCET-II (January – April) is the active one for admission into various programs
• Press on to following link to visit the official site for CUCET registration
• Enter correct name, email address, phone number, city, interested discipline and program and DOB. 
• After entering details, you need to press on register now 
• Upon clicking, a system generated User ID and Password will be sent to the  mobile number and email ID. 
• Re login using these credentials and start filing the form by entering your personal profile, academic information etc. 
• Pay the fee online via net banking or using debit/credit cards
• After paying you may now submit it and take a hard copy print of the completely filled application form for future reference. 

For Application in Offline Mode, refer below-mentioned steps:

• You may either download the admission form from the official website OR directly visit the admission office of the institute and buy form by paying the fee in cash of INR 1000/-
• Students who are downloading form they must pay the application fee in the form of DD of INR 1000/-.

Chandigarh University UG admission is has started. The admission can apply in BE, BBA, BSC, BCOM, BDES, BCA, BA LLB Integrated, BCOM LLB Integrated, BPHARM, etc., programs. The last date to apply for Chandigarh University will be updated in May 2024. Aspirants will need to pass the university entrance test to get admission to CU UG.

Chandigarh University UG admission CUCET is an entrance test that is being held once a year for admission in UG. However, BPharma students can earn admission after passing entrance exam.
