LAT Eligibility Criteria 2024
The minimum eligibility of LAT 2024 is mentioned below. Candidates are advised to go through it once before applying for the LAT 2024. If a candidate is successful in fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university, he/she would be considered for admission in the 3 year LLB course. If not, the university has the authority to cancel the candidature of such candidates at any stage.
- The applicant must be a holder of a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent institution.
- It is essential for the candidates to score a minimum aggregate of 45% marks.
- If the candidate falls under the SC/ST category, he/she is awarded 5% relaxation in the aggregated marks. The OBC candidates can apply for LAT 2024 with a 42% aggregate score.
Allahabad University LAT Exam Date 2024
The exam for LAT 2024 will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates will have to answer 150 multiple choice questions where each question will carry two marks. The questions will be based on LAT syllabus 2024 which includes language comprehension (English and Hindi), general awareness and current affairs and mental ability and legal aptitude.
