All India Bar Examination will be conducted to examine an advocate’s capability to practice the profession of law in India. After passing the examination candidate will be awarded “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India. AIBE 2024 (Bar Council Exam) Overview

AIBE Application Form 2024 

• Candidates can apply for AIBE 2024 via online mode.
• The registration process will start in June 2024.
• July 2024 is the last month for submitting the application form.
• While registering, ensure for uploading the documents like an advocate ID card, enrollment certificate, scanned photo as well as signature and disability certificate if needed.
• The payment of the registration needs to be done via various modes such as SBI Challan. There is no other mode for making payments.
• One can make the payment after 24 hours of the registration process.
• Take a print out of the application form for further reference.

Registration Fee:

The application fee for SC/ST is Rs. 2560 and fee for General/OBC will be Rs. 3560. Candidates can pay the fee through online mode. The fee once submitted cannot be refunded back.

AIBE 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must be aware of the AIBE 2024 Eligibility Criteria before applying for the entrance test. Students must also know the exam pattern which is given in the page below.

• Nationality: The candidate who is applying for the entrance test must be the Indian Citizen.
• Age Criteria: There is no upper age limit for the AIBE 2024 Entrance Exam.
• Qualification: The candidates must have passed 3 years or the 5 Years, LLB Degree, from any recognized University.
• Enrolment: Candidates who are applying for the entrance test must have enrolled themselves in the state bar council.

Exam pattern

• he exam for AIBE 2024 will be conducted over in desk mode.
• The test paper will include OMR sheet where MCQ questions will be placed.
• The number of questions asked in the AIBE 2024 is 100
• The question paper will include 20 subjects divided into the category I and category II.
• The AIBE paper will be divided into 2 parts, part I is for Category I subjects and part II is for Category II subjects.
• The AIBE exam will be flexible for people know different languages; the paper will be available in 11 languages.
• To complete the test sheet of this exam, applicants will have 3 hours and 30 minutes, candidates having any disability will be honored with 20 minutes extra to complete the paper.
• For incorrect answers, there will be not any negative marking process.

AIBE 2024 Admit Card

The Bar Council of India issues the AIBE admit card 2024 online. The admit card can be obtained from the official website of the Bar Council of India. The students have to download the admit card by their login. Test-takers must carry the admit card to the examination hall. No entry shall be allowed without valid admit card and identity proof. Candidates are advised to check all the details mentioned in the AIBE 2024 admit card like candidates name, roll number, enrollment number, examination day an time etc, before appearing in the examination.

How to check AIBE 2024 result:

1. Click on the AIBE result link
2. The candidate will be re-directed to a log-in window
3. Enter registration/application number and date of birth
4. The result will be displayed on screen in downloadable pdf format.

Counselling

The allotment of seats can be done on the basis of AIBE 2024 ranks, in order to college, category and number of seats. AIBE  2024 admission in UG and PG programme is completely followed by centralized online counseling conducted by the AIBE authority.
