ACPC BE/B.Tech Admission Process

• Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary School Education Examination.
• Candidates need to apply for the GUJCET and take part in the entrance exam.
• Admission Committee for Professional Courses (ACPC) will conduct the admission counselling after the announcement of the GUJCET Result 2024.
• After the choice filling period, the ACPC conducts the admission counselling in order to allot the seats as per the merit candidate has got in the GUJCET.
• The result of the seat allotment will be declared on the official website which is ‘www.gujacpc.nic.in’.

How to apply?

• First, go to the official website or above mentioned link.
• Now, click on new candidate registration.
• Thereafter, fill mobile number, name etc and generate the OTP.
• Now, login with verified username and id.
• Next, fill the application form with personal details, address details etc.
• Now, upload the image, signature and school leaving certificate documents.
• Next, pay the application fee and take a print out of the reciept.

Admission Criteria

Hotel Management Admission Criteria

• Candidates must have passed in the qualifying exam of Council of Indian School Certificate Examination, New Delhi from the school located in Gujarat state and Union Territories of Daman & Diu or Dadra & Nagar Haveli.

Architecture Admission Criteria

• Candidates must have passed the qualifying exam with the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the Council of Architecture for getting admission in B. Arch course.

 MBA/MCA Admission Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognised University in India.
• They must have appeared in the Common Management Aptitude Test 2024 exam which will be conducted by AICTE and must have passed the examination with the qualifying marks

Pharmacy Admission Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th from a recognised University by the Central or State Government.
• They must have appeared in the GUJCET exam, before applying for the ACPC counselling.

Engineering Admission Criteria

• Candidates must have passed Class 12th in Science stream from a recognised University.
• The minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST category candidates is 45% and for SEBC candidates is 40%

Counselling

The complete counselling process will be conducted online. After registration, the admission committee will release the GUJCET merit list of all the registered candidates. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of the merit list. GUJCET 2024 counselling process and seat allotment will be conducted in two rounds. The allotment of seats will be based on candidates’ scores in GUJCET 2024 and/or JEE Main 2024.
