Application Fee

The TS TET Application Fee is Rs 700/- for SC/ ST/ VH/ HI/ OH/ Transgender, Rs 1000/- for OBC and Rs 1200/- for other candidates. The examination fee may pay either by Credit Card / Debit Card/ Net banking.

TS TET 2024 Eligibility Criteria

minimum age is 18 years and maximum age is 35 years.

Paper – I (classes 1 to 5)

• Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) and pass in 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education/ 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 02 years Diploma in Education (Special Education).

• Intermediate/ Senior Secondary (or it is equivalent) with at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in 02 years Diploma in Elementary Education/ 04 year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.)/ 02 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) in case of those aspirants who have passed or admitted to D.El.Ed/ D.Ed.

Paper II – classes 6 to 8

• B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com. with at least 50% marks (45% marks for SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled candidates) AND pass in Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) Course/ Bachelor of Education (B.Ed – Special Education).

•  4 years B.A.Ed/ B.Sc.Ed. with at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST/ BC/ Differently abled person).

• Graduation with Language concerned as one of the optional subjects/ Bachelor of Oriental Language (or its equivalent)/ Graduation in Literature/ Post Graduation in Language concerned and Language Pandit Training Certificate/ B.Ed with Language concerned

TS TET Paper 1 Exam Pattern 2024:

For Paper 1:

• There will be total 150 multiple choice questions in Telangana TET 2024.
• The duration of the Exam is 2:30 hours.
• There is no provision of negative marking

Paper 2:

• This exam is for the candidates applying for Upper primary teacher.
• There will be a total of 150 multiple choice questions.
• The duration of the Exam is 2:30 hours.

• Written Exam
• Paper-I: For Primary Stage Teachers
• Paper-II: For Elementary Stage Teachers
