  • After entering the “Incoming Mail Server” information, you need to enter the “Outgoing Mail Server” information given below:
    • Outgoing Mail Server Hostname: smtp.coxmail.net
    • Username: Enter your complete Cox Business email address
    • Password: Enter the password of your Cox Business email account.
  • Save the information and select your Cox Business email account on the next screen.
  • Then, you are required to scroll down and select “SMTP” option under the outgoing mail server settings.
  • Select “Smtp.coxmail.net” under the “Main Server” and ensure that the following information is displayed properly.
    • SSL: ssl
    • Serverport: 465
  • Now, go back to the last screen once again and choose “Advanced”. Make sure that the following information is appearing correctly.
    • SSL: ssl
    • Serverport: imap.coxmail.net
  • Finally, you should restart your device so that the changes may get saved.
