Eligibility criteria for UBI PO 2024

Academic qualification

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University 

Relaxation in upper age limit: 

• SC/ST candidates by 5 years; 
• OBC candidates by 3 years;
• PwD by 10 years; 
• Ex-Servicemen will get at least 5 years 

Eligibility criteria (as on 01st July, 2011)

Nationality/Citizenship: 

Applicants must be either 

• a citizen of India or 
• a subject of Nepal or 
• a subject of Bhutan or 
• a Tibetan Refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the objective of enduringly settling in India 

Selection procedure: 

Through a personal interview or any other mode of selection will be decided by the competent authority

Age limit

• Minimum age limit should be 21 years
• Upper age limit must be less than 30 years

Selection Process

• Selection will be made on the basis of  performance in online entrance Test, Personal Interview and/or GD.
• All those who will qualify the online test successfully will be shortlisted and further invited for Personal Interview (PI) / Group Discussion (GD) round. The Interview process may be held through video conferencing.
