MPSC Recruitment 2024: Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC) has published notification for Combined State Civil Services Exam 2024 for the recruitment of 200 Civil Posts such as Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Block Development Officer (BDO), Tahsildar, Superintendent State Excise Department etc. The commission is inviting online applications for MPSC Combined State Civil Services Exam 2024.

Maharashtra Public Service Commission annually conducts the MPSC examination. The main purpose of conducting the exam is to invite admission for the recruitment of various posts like Deputy Collector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Deputy Registrar Cooperative Societies, Block Development Officer (BDO), etc. It is also known as MPSC Rajyaseva Exam.. Complete Process To Apply For MPSC 2024 Application Procedure:

Step 1: Visit the official site that is http://MPSC.gov.in/.

Step 2: ‘Hit here to Apply Online’ link.

Step 3: At the new window, under ‘head, press on ‘View Advertisement’ link.

Step 4: Choose the language in which you want to view the advertisement.

Step 5: Refer complete information given in MPSC Notification 2024.

Step 6: Press on ‘Sample Copy of Registration’ link.

Step 7: After filling the Basic Registration form, check all the information filled by them.

Step 8: Please make sure that you must have valid email id and contact number

Eligibility criteria
Age: 18-38 years as on April 1, 2024. The upper age limit is relaxed for reserved categories.

Qualification: Possess a degree in Law; and thereafter possess experience of working as an advocate in the High Court or in a Court Subordinate thereto, for a period of not less than five years.

Selection process
MPSC will shortlist candidates for a personal interview to select recruits. If there are many applications, the Commission may conduct a screening test to shortlist candidates.

Educational Qualifications

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any stream.
• Final year graduation or appearing candidates can also appear for the MPSC exam.
• Aspirants are only eligible for the main exam only if they have qualified the Prelim Exam.
• The minimum age for candidates is 18 years while the maximum age is 33 years.
• Relaxed in the maximum age for OBC candidates will be given of 2yrs.
• For SC/ST/NT candidates the relaxation will be 5yrs.
• A candidate can appear any number of times.

Exam Pattern

Preliminary Exam

• There will be two papers in Prelims Exam as Paper I and II.
• Both the Papers will be Objective Type.
• The time duration for Paper I and II would be 2 hours each.
• The total marks will be 200 Marks for each.
